Multiple Chronic Conditions Resource Center has collaborated with the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing on the National Trends in Policy and Practice: Making a Difference Conference. October 13-15th, 2021 in Savannah, GA at the Hyatt Regency, Riverfront.

This interdisciplinary conference offers over 10 continuing education credits for medicine, nursing, physician assistant, physical therapist, pharmacist, chiropractor, social worker, and attorney.
